Thought I would send a couple pictures of me in a sari. It was the managers anniversay so the other volunteer and I wore saris in their honour. It was fun but awkward to walk in. We walked to the village to pick up the children and got appreciative smiles from the women in the village (they all wear saris once married)

Hello Beth
I asked Laura to share your blog with me and she was good enough to forward it to me
Your trip triggers a curiosity in me for India and your insight is much appreciated
To date you seem to be having a fruitful time of it
I am in Brighton visiting Kate my eldest girl and will only be on line infrequently but will anticipate checking in on your going ons when I do
Kate was in India for 14 months and says 'Namaste dede'
Be well
Guy
